From the grounded elegance of the parents’ suite to the cocooned basement lounge and the light-filled master retreat, every space is crafted to feel both emotionally resonant and effortlessly livable.

Set in the tranquil Shoolagiri hills, this homestay is cradled between a gentle stream and a towering hillside, offering panoramic views in every direction. The architecture steps lightly across the terrain, anchored by a linear courtyard that acts as a breeze corridor—connecting spaces, framing views, and guiding airflow throughout the home. Built with CSEB and rammed earth, the structure blends seamlessly into its surroundings, creating a retreat that is both rooted and responsive, where landscape and living flow as one.

Set in a tranquil mango orchard, this farmhouse reimagines the spirit of a traditional Tamil home with a contemporary lens. Its defining gesture—the asymmetrically placed courtyard—softens the spatial rhythm, creating a quiet interplay of movement and pause. Anchored by a central “mother wall” adorned with heirloom fragments, the home blends memory and modernity, inviting reflection, gathering, and a deep connection to the land.

East-west oriented plots balance climate responsiveness with clarity of layout, ensuring both practicality and a deep respect for the land. Interspersed green pockets and shared clusters nurture community connection, while the clubhouse and marketing office—blending Balinese ease with Indian craft—serve as welcoming anchors. At the entrance, gently rising, curved walls offer a warm, understated arrival. The result is a calm, connected community—rooted in nature, shaped

for belonging.

Tucked into the dense weave of the city, this urban home offers a quiet homage to coastal Mangalorean life—where memory, ritual, and daily rhythm intertwine. A stepped green entry court sets the tone: here, the tulasi katte becomes both spiritual anchor and symbolic threshold. Nearby, a jagali and terrace offer spaces to linger, watch, and connect—evoking the warmth of older neighborhoods where the street was an extension of home. Within, the architecture remains honest and intuitive—sunlit, breezy, and clear in its flow. Rooted in tradition yet responsive to the present, this is a home that reimagines familiarity without nostalgia, and simplicity without compromise.

This farm-based community is masterplanned as an alternative to urban plotting—celebrating openness, green continuity, and a deep-rooted connection to the land. Homes are nestled within a living landscape defined by live fences, preserved wilderness pockets, and shared spaces that encourage a slow, community-driven rhythm of life. Anchored by a Bali-inspired model home, the design embraces a landscape-first approach—where architecture follows the contours of nature, offering not just residences but a way of life.

Ooty Resort

Set into the gentle slope of a tea garden, this resort quietly celebrates the charm of traditional village life through a loose scattering of cottages, each framing its own view of valley, forest, or estate. A winding path—echoing old elephant trails—threads through the land with minimal disruption, preserving the natural terrain and tea plantations. Built with local materials and finished in earthy tones, the cottages remain modest and open, while shared spaces like the dining pavilion and spa are discreetly placed to invite community without disturbing solitude. Here, architecture steps back, allowing nature to lead and life to slow down.
